Originating from the voucher privatization, RM-Syst?m created an environment that provides simple, fast and direct access to the Czech capital market for banks, brokers and millions of small shareholders. RM-Syst?m operates a fully electronic trading system with 119 Service Centers (Share Shops) throughout the Czech Republic. Project objectives at a glance were:
- The long-term objective is to establish a direct trading and clearing link between RM-Syst?m and CAPMEX as soon as the legal framework for a direct exchange linkage has been ratified in both countries
- Establishment of RM Academy as a financial training center for existing and new products
